BIO

Zurfahani Batrisya is a composer and multi-instrumentalist, based in Shah Alam, Malaysia. She is currently pursuing her degree in Music Composition in University of Technology Mara. 
She is also a member of the Malaysian indie band The Lounette and works as a session musician for singer/songwriters and other bands. She just established a solo project to freely compose and produce her own compositions, with a concentration on neoclassical and experimental music, in addition to flute, which was her major instrument during her diploma years. At her music school, she was exposed to classical and modern genres, which piqued her interest in experimenting with sound and harmonics in their entirety and in her own unique style.
